ACA mailing lists are available for rent for one-time use with each order. ACA reserves the right to deny requests for labels which are intended for mailings in conflict with its programs, principles or other intereststs.
Selection of Categories
Regular - members in academics or commercial organizations
Student - members who have not yet obtained doctorate degrees
Retired - retired from professional positions but active in the association
Postdoctoral - members who have received their Ph.D. within the last 5 years
Non members - persons who have expressed an interest in crystallography through past membership and/or attendance at annual meetings
Special Interest Groups - ACA members who have indicated an interest in one or more SIGs. Geographical Selection
Labels can be selected by country: U.S., Canada, Mexico or Foreign (outside North America); and sorted: alphabetically, by state, zip, or country.Type of List
Pressure Sensitive - 3 across, 10 down, self-adhesive labels on 8.5 x 11 sheets
Electronic - a comma or tab deliminated text file is prepared according to order and e-mailed to recipient.
Order Preparation
Complete the order form on the reverse side. Provide a sample of the literature to be mailed. If not yet printed, provide a final draft or copy. Indicate key code if any, date needed by, purchase order number and ship to address. Zip code reports are NOT provided.
Rental Fees
Labels:
Non-for-Profit Rates - $100 per 1,000 names + $25 shipping and handling fee
Commercial Rates - $200 per 1,000 names + $25 shipping and handling fee
Electronic List:
Non-for-Profit Rates - $300 per 1,000 names + $15 processing fee
Commercial Rates - $600 per 1,000 names + $15 processing fee Terms
Invoice will be sent with shipment. Labels are typically shipped via UPS Ground. For overnight express delivery, provide your Federal Express account number on the order form. Send or fax order and sample piece to:
