Below is a list containing the papers we have accepted for consideration for the 1998 Pauling Prize(s). Fifteen authors who have indicated interest in competing for the Pauling Prize do not appear on this list per their request to not list their abstract on this web site.

Awarded to not more than five of the best student (poster) presentations at the Annual Meeting. Each award consists of $200, a copy of Linus Pauling's "General Chemistry" and a complimentary banquet ticket. Five Honorable Mentions may also be awarded a complimentary banquet ticket. Eligibility: Graduate and Undergraduate Students only - no Post-docs.
